At SECO, sustainability is an integral part of our corporate strategy and operational model. We operate responsibly across the entire value chain, respecting people, the environment, and international regulations. Our ESG approach is based on concrete actions and measurable results.

Environmental Commitment

SECO formalized its environmental commitment with an ISO 14001 certified management system at sites in Italy, Germany, and China, addressing impacts, biodiversity, and resource use.

  • Energy: Since 2020, Italian sites run on 100% renewable electricity, with solar systems in Arezzo, Tregozzano, and Hamburg.
  • Materials: Plastic packaging replaced by FSC cardboard; solder paste uses ≥90% recycled tin.
  • Waste: E-waste sent to specialized plants to recover metals like gold and copper.
  • Carbon footprint: In 2024, SECO mapped its footprint (incl. Scope 3)

Our People

People are central to SECO. We foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating workplace that promotes growth, well-being, and balance, built on respect, development, and equal opportunities.
