The customer initiated the development of a mobile diagnostic device for human papillomaviruses (HPV). The development time was only 4 months and the aim was to bring a ready-to-use device to the market that complied with all EC standards for safety and electromagnetic compatibility.

We supported the development of a customized device including electronics (based on an ARM processor), operating system and application software as well as a housing with an integrated resistive 4.1 inch LCD touch screen.

The device was successfully delivered to our client and is now being used for field testing in a variety of remote locations to provide life-saving preventive care to women worldwide.
